Underground Concrete Spraying Truck
ZDPB20T
Underground concrete spraying truck ZDPB20T is a reliable spray tool with special research and development on surface hardening and forming concrete support layer based on actual working conditions and needs of the underground and successful experience of many domestic wet shotcrete trolleys and automatic control. (See the image on the right for shape of the trolley).
The ZDPB20T is mainly composed of an injection system and a chassis system.
The injection system is driven by a 37kw motor and the control system is provided with remote control mode, therefore, the whole machine realizes automatized and parameterized control. The conveyor system is driven by the motor with no exhaust emissions, which greatly improves the underground operating environment.
The chassis system is driven by the original imported Deutz water-cooled diesel engine with a maximum power of 103kw, which meets the National Ⅲ Emission Standard. It adopts hydraulic mechanical transmission, with 4×4 drive, mine hinged chassis and four-wheel wet brake, which can better adapt to the mine operation.
