Technical Data

ZONGDA underground LHD loader is especially used in loading and transporting of non-coal material after exploding under mine. The environment is required to be a tunnel with no exploding material, backplane firm, adequate ventilation, and roof and road wayside with no pumice.

It can be also used in tunnel projects such as railway and road, especially those bad working condition, narrow working area, low and dirty working platform. The machine uses the most advanced DEUTZ double-step, wind cooling low NOx combusting engine, with platinum dry exhaust censored purifier from Canada. Drive system use CLARK hydraulic torque converter and power shift transmission, easy to handle and working stably. Brake system uses hydraulic dual braking system, with wet type mult-disc braker and USA NO-SPIN antiskid differential to make sure safety in bad working environment. The hydraulic system spare parts use COMMERCIAL parts, all hydraulic diversion, and manual control. Well-designed main frame and six-bar mechanism make sure the good shape and high efficiency.

The Diesel LHD is capacity of 4 tons. It’s driven by DEUTZ Engine BF4L914, improves productivity and underground tunnel, and reduces the pollution efficiently.

Characteristics

◆ Dana hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox are adopted.

◆ The wet multi disc fully closed brake, spring brake and hydraulic release brakes are used for the working brake.

◆ No-Spin anti-skid differential imported from the United States is adopted for the front axle.

◆ Box type swing frame is adopted for rear axle swing, which reduces failure rate.

◆ ZONGDA underground LHD loader adopts Central hinge, full hydraulic power steering.
